Peanut Butter Cup Protein Ice Cream 


Ingredients

1 scoop ProDough Chocolate Peanut Butter Whey

2 ¾ cup nonfat milk or milk of choice (we love Fairlife for the added protein)

2 tbsp chocolate fudge sugar free pudding mix

2 tbsp powdered peanut butter


Mix-Ins

1/4 cup mini peanut butter cups

2 tbsp peanut butter


Directions:

  1. Make the base in the CREAMi™ Pint. Add whey, milk of choice, pudding mix, and powdered peanut butter, and whisk until completely dissolved. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.
  2. Remove pint from freezer and let sit for 5-10 minutes at room temperature. Add the pint to the CREAMi™
  3. Once assembled, select full and ice cream to process. Once processing is complete, make a small well in the center of the pint and add the peanut butter cups and peanut butter. Reassemble the CREAMi™, select mix-in, and process. Serve immediately.
