Mint Chip Protein Affogato: Ninja Creami
Ingredients
1 scoop ProDough Mint Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1 ½ cup nonfat milk or milk of choice
2 tbsp chocolate fudge sugar free pudding mix
Mix-Ins
Chocolate chips
Directions:
- Add whey, milk of choice, and pudding mix, to a blender and blend until fluffy and doubled in volume. Transfer to the CREAMi™ Pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.
- Remove pint from freezer and let sit for 5-10 minutes at room temperature. Add the pint to the CREAMi™
- Once assembled, select full and ice cream to process. Once processing is complete, make a small well in the center of the pint and add the chocolate chips. Reassemble the CREAMi™, select mix-in, and process.
- Pull a shot of espresso. Dish up 1 to 2 scoops of ice cream, pour the espresso shot over the protein ice cream, and enjoy.
