Shipping policy

Please allow 2 to 4 days for your order to be processed prior to being shipped.  Order Processing Time is in addition to Shipping & Delivery Time.

Always double check your shipping address! Occasionally, orders are returned to us marked “Undeliverable.” When this happens, we will issue a refund, minus any return shipping charges. 

Many browsers these days will autofill your shipping information, which, unfortunately, can provide an incorrect shipping address. Also, make sure to include your apartment number, suite number, etc. in the shipping address. If you happen to realize your error before your package has been delivered, you can attempt to have your local Post Office reroute the order to the proper address. We have all experienced this situation before & understand that mistakes do happen. Obviously this policy is not our preference, or even our first choice, however the simplest solution to this problem is to ensure you carefully enter & review your shipping address as you are placing an order. If you figure out that there’s an issue with the entered address after placing your order, please contact us at customerservice@prodoughshop.com  as soon as possible so we can try to fix the issue before the shipping.
