By far the best protein pancake mix I’ve tried. No odd aftertaste. I use cottage cheese and egg whites instead of water and they turn out great!

I know it was suppose to be buttermilk protein pancakes the only thing I was kind of disappointed was it didn’t taste like buttermilk pancakes. It was to dry, not near fluffy which I like pancakes if they were fluffy and have that taste of buttermilk. Debra French
