No Bake Key Lime Pie
Ingredients
½ scoop Prodough Coconut Cream Whey
1 oz cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup greek yogurt
½ tsp key lime zest
2 tbsp key lime juice
Crust
1 graham cracker
½ tbsp coconut oil or butter, melted
Directions:
- Add cream cheese, yogurt, whey, lime juice, and lime zest to a bowl. Mix until the whey is fully incorporated.
- In a small bowl, crush the graham cracker into crumbs. Add melted butter and combine.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a serving glass. Top with the cream cheese mixture, and refrigerate to set, about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
