Apple Pie Protein Bites
🍏Ingredients:
5 large dates, pitted
1 scoop ProDough Apple Pie Whey
1 cup soft-dried apple slices
1 cup oat flour
½ cup pecans
⅓ cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp nutmeg
🍏Directions:
In a blender, add dates, apple slices, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Pulse until a sticky paste forms.
Add the whey, oat flour, pecans, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and pulse until a dough forms.
Form into 12 equal-sized balls, roughly 2 tbsp each, and chill for at least 30 minutes to set. Enjoy within one week!!
