No Bake Oatmeal Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cups



2 scoops of Prodough Vanilla Whey Protein Powder or Prodough Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup peanut butter

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 teaspoons vanilla extract


6 oz dark chocolate

Sea salt to garnish


  1. Add protein powder, oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a food processor and pulse until a thick dough forms.
  2. Distribute the mixture into lined muffin tins (size of choice!), and press firmly into the tray. 
  3. Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe container, stirring every 15 seconds until completely melted. Drizzle evenly over the peanut butter cups. Garnish with a pinch of sea salt. Refrigerate until completely set, about 30 minutes.
