Protein Apple Snickers Salad š¤¤
Ingredients
8 oz light whipped cream
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 scoops ProDough Apple Pie Whey
2 tbsp sugar free instant vanilla pudding
2 green apples
Toppings
1 Snickers bar, chopped (optional)
½ cup roasted and salted peanuts
½ cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
¼ cup sugar free caramel syrup
Directions:
1. Combine the whipped cream, yogurt, whey, and pudding mix, and mix until the whey is dissolved. Dice the apples, removing the core and seeds, and fold them into the whipped cream mixture.
2. Spread into a serving bowl. Add the chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl, and microwave in bursts of 15 seconds, until completely melted. Chop the Protein
