Cinnamon Roll No-Bake Protein Cheesecake

Ingredients
Cheesecake
1 scoop ProDough Snickerdoodle Whey
2 oz light cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon

Crust
½ cup graham cracker crumbs

Cinnamon Roll Swirl
1 tbsp milk of choice
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp brown sugar, packed
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Crush graham crackers.
In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, beat together the whey, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt on medium speed until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Combine the milk, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt.
Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs into an even layer in a serving mug. Add half of the yogurt mixture over the graham crackers, add half of the brown sugar mixture, and then top with the remaining yogurt mixture. Finish by creating a swirl with the remaining brown sugar mixture. Enjoy!
