Coffee Ice Cream with Iced Mocha Whey
Ingredients
1 scoop Prodough Iced Mocha Whey or Prodough Cafe Mocha Plant Protein
¾ cup milk of choice
¾ cup coffee
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Directions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the half and half and coffee. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and whisk until well combined and sugar is dissolved.
- Make the base in the CREAMi™ Pint. Add the milk, coffee, sugar, whey, and vanilla bean paste, and whisk until the sugar and whey are completely dissolved. Place the storage lid on the pint and freeze for 24 hours.
- Remove the pint from the freezer and let sit for 5-10 minutes at room temperature. Add a splash of milk, and then add the pint to the CREAMi™
- Once assembled, select full and ice cream to process. Once processing is complete, serve immediately!
