Using Chocolate Mousse Whey


2 large eggs

1 scoop ProDough Chocolate Mousse Whey

4 oz bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped

1 cup granulated sugar 

½ cup butter

¼ cup all purpose flour

½ tsp sea salt


Flaky sea salt (optional)

Ice cream, for serving (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Preheat an ovenproof 11-inch nonstick skillet set over medium-low heat. Add the butter and chocolate, and stir until completely melted.
  2. Remove from the heat and whisk in sugar until smooth, then add eggs and whisk until completely combined. Add the whey and flour and stir until no streaks remain.
  3. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with some moist crumbs. Serve warm, straight from the pan with vanilla ice cream and an optional pinch of flakey sea salt.
