High Protein Brownie Skillet
Using Chocolate Mousse Whey
Ingredients
2 large eggs
1 scoop ProDough Chocolate Mousse Whey
4 oz bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup butter
¼ cup all purpose flour
½ tsp sea salt
Garnish
Flaky sea salt (optional)
Ice cream, for serving (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Preheat an ovenproof 11-inch nonstick skillet set over medium-low heat. Add the butter and chocolate, and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from the heat and whisk in sugar until smooth, then add eggs and whisk until completely combined. Add the whey and flour and stir until no streaks remain.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with some moist crumbs. Serve warm, straight from the pan with vanilla ice cream and an optional pinch of flakey sea salt.
