Frozen Protein S’mores

Frozen Protein S’mores 🍫

Ingredients
15 Graham Cracker Sheets
Chocolate Layer
1.7 oz Sugar Free Chocolate Instant Pudding
2 cups milk of choice
2 scoops Chocolate Mousse Whey
½ cup chocolate chips
Marshmallow Layer
1 cup Marshmallow Fluff
8 oz lite cream cheese at room temperature
4 cups Lite Cool Whip


Directions:
Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pudding and milk until dissolved. Set aside for 5 minutes to thicken. Whisk in the protein powder until dissolved. Fold in the chocolate chips, and set aside.
In a second large mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer, combine the marshmallow fluff and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Fold in the Cool Whip.
Note: add our Vanilla Whey here for an additional protein boost!
Line the prepared baking pan with half of the graham crackers, covering the entire bottom of the pan. Spread the pudding mixture over the graham crackers, next, add the marshmallow layer, and carefully spread it into an even layer. Top with the remaining graham crackers, and freeze for at least 6 hours. Cut with a sharp knife, trimming the sides, and enjoy.
