S’mores Fluff Protein Rice Cake
Ingredients
6 Plain Rice Cakes
1 scoop ProDough Chocolate Mousse Whey
2 cup light Cool Whip
½ cup marshmallow fluff
6 oz dark chocolate melting chips
1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
½ cup crushed graham crackers, plus more for garnish
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cool whip, marshmallow fluff, and whey until completely mixed.
Spoon the mixture onto the rice cakes and smooth into even heaps.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave or over a double boiler, until silky. Spoon over the rice cakes into an even layer. Garnish with crushed graham crackers, and refrigerate or freeze until solid.
Note: enjoy these treats chilled or frozen!
