Iced Gingerbread Chai Latte

Ingredients 
• 1–2 shots of espresso or strong coffee
• Chai concentrate (4 oz water + 2 chai bags)
• 8 oz oat milk
• 1 scoop snickerdoodle whey protein (~25g protein)
• 1–2 Tbsp homemade gingerbread syrup

Gingerbread syrup
1 cup Maple syrup

2 Tbsp molasses

1 tsp ginger

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp cloves

 a pinch of sea salt

 

Instructions

For Gingerbread Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a simmer while consistently whisking, and done!

Combine gingerbread syrup and other ingredients into your favorite mug or glass, and enjoy!
