No-Bake Snickerdoodle Protein Bites

No-Bake Snickerdoodle Protein Bites

Ingredients
-2 scoops of our Snickerdoodle whey
-¾ cup almond flour
-⅓ cup almond butter
-¼ cup maple syrup
-2 tbsp melted coconut oil
-2 tsp cinnamon
-½ tsp vanilla extract
-Cinnamon Sugar Coating
-2 tbsp cane sugar
-½ tsp cinnamon

Directions
-In a large bowl, combine whey, almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix until a dough forms. Cover and chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

-Tip: If your almond butter is thick, microwave it for 8–12 seconds to soften.

-In a small bowl, mix cane sugar and cinnamon for the coating.

- After chilling, scoop the dough with a tablespoon, roll into balls, and coat in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat until all of the dough is used.

-Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
