Neapolitan Protein Ice Cream

1 scoop ProDough Neapolitan Whey
2 cups milk of choice
3 tbsp sugar free vanilla pudding mix

Banana Split Toppings
Ripe Bananas
Whipped cream
Maraschino cherries
Crushed peanuts
Hot fudge

Directions:
Prepare the base. Add whey, milk of choice, and pudding mix to a blender and blend until completely dissolved and aerated. Pour into the CREAMi™ Pint, place storage lid on pint and freeze until solid.
Remove pint from freezer and let sit for 5-10 minutes at room temperature. Add the pint to the CREAMi™
Once assembled, select full and ice cream to process. Re-spin as needed until the base is silky smooth and creamy.
Slice a banana lengthwise in half and place in a serving bowl. Add protein ice cream to the center of the bananas, top with whipped cream, cherries, peanuts, and hot fudge. Enjoy!
