Protein Banana Bark 🥜 🍫 🍌
Ingredients
2 bananas
1 scoop ProDough Vanilla whey
1 cup chocolate melting chips
½ cup powdered peanut butter
¼ cup water
¼ cup chopped peanuts
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice banana into thin disks and arrange into a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Whisk together the whey, powdered peanut butter, and water until a thick paste forms. Spread the peanut butter over the bananas and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, microwaving on high for 15 seconds at a time until liquid.
Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter and garnish with the chopped peanuts. Freeze until solid, 30 minutes. Break into chunks and enjoy.
