Protein Rice Crispy Bars 🤤🙌
Ingredients:
5 cups crispy rice cereal
10 oz marshmallows
4 scoops ProDough Whey of choice
¼ cup butter or coconut oil
Directions:
Prepare a 9x9 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
Add the marshmallows and butter to a large pot over medium heat. Stirring frequently, cook until completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in the whey and crispy rice cereal. Mix until evenly combined, and transfer to the prepared baking dish. Press firmly into an even layer.
Note: lightly grease your mixing spoon before stirring and pressing into an even layer for best results.
Refrigerate to cool completely before slicing into bars and serving.
