Protein Sheet Pan Pancakes

Easy Meal Prep: Protein Sheet Pan Pancakes

Ingredients

2 cup ProDough Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix

1 ⅓ cup water

½ cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an eighth sheet pan.
  2. Whisk together the pancake mix and water until no lumps remain. Fold in the dark chocolate chips, and let sit for a couple of minutes.
  3. Spread onto the prepped baking sheet and bake for 13-16 minutes, or until the pancake is set and lightly golden.
  4. Slice into squares, and serve with your favorite pancake toppings, and enjoy immediately! Store extras in fridge.
