Easy Meal Prep: Protein Sheet Pan Pancakes
Ingredients
2 cup ProDough Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
1 ⅓ cup water
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an eighth sheet pan.
- Whisk together the pancake mix and water until no lumps remain. Fold in the dark chocolate chips, and let sit for a couple of minutes.
- Spread onto the prepped baking sheet and bake for 13-16 minutes, or until the pancake is set and lightly golden.
- Slice into squares, and serve with your favorite pancake toppings, and enjoy immediately! Store extras in fridge.
