S’mores Protein Bites
Ingredients
2 scoops Vanilla ProDough Whey
½ cup almond flour
4 oz light cream cheese, at room temperature
½ cup marshmallow fluff
4 sheets graham crackers, crushed
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
½ cup mini marshmallows
Drizzle
¼ cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp crushed graham crackers
Directions:
Add the whey, almond flour, cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows to a large mixing bowl. Mix until well-combined, and the mixture holds together when pressed.
Note: add 1 tbsp at a time of additional marshmallow fluff as needed to reach a dough that holds together.
Using a cookie scoop, or spoon, form into 10 evenly sized balls.
Melt the chocolate chips and butter by microwaving at 10 second intervals, stirring until completely melted. Drizzle the chocolate evenly over the balls, sprinkle with additional crushed graham crackers, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
