Sugar Cookie Protein Bites
Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
2 scoops ProDough Sugar Cookie Whey Protein Powder
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
½ tsp almond extract
Pinch sea salt
Topping (optional)
Sprinkles
Directions:
- Add oat flour, whey, sea salt, coconut oil, and almond extract to a mixing bowl. Sitr until a dough forms. Roll into balls roughly one heaping tablespoon each. Roll in sprinkles, and transfer to a plate or baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before enjoying!
