Winter Protein Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
1 scoop Prodough Horchata Whey Protein Powder
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
¼ cup pistachios
¼ cup dried cranberries
½ cup white chocolate chunks
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whey protein, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until the whey is fully incorporated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread into an even layer, and top with the pistachios, cranberries, and white chocolate. Gently press the toppings into the yogurt and freeze for at least 30 minutes, or until frozen through.
- Once frozen, break into chunks and enjoy!
