Most beef proteins taste gritty, chalky, or gamey. Not ProDough.
Whether you can’t tolerate whey or just want a cleaner protein option, this delivers premium performance without stomach discomfort.
CLEAN, HIGH-PURITY PROTEIN (97%+)
Made with CLEANBPI® hydrolyzed beef protein isolate — testing at 97%+ protein purity before flavoring. A clean, lean protein source that delivers real daily support without fillers or unnecessary ingredients.
FAST-DIGESTING & EASY ON THE STOMACH
With a 96–99% digestibility rating, this dairy-free protein absorbs quickly and won’t cause bloating, heaviness, or stomach discomfort.
HYDROLYZED FOR BETTER ABSORPTION
Broken down into smaller peptides (3,000–5,000 daltons) for rapid uptake. Expect smooth digestion, no chalkiness, and no thick “meaty” texture — just clean performance.
PREMIUM FLAVOR YOU’LL ACTUALLY ENJOY
Most beef proteins taste gritty or gamey. We use ProDough’s signature flavoring approach — the same process behind our top sellers — to create a whey-like taste and texture that blends seamlessly into coffee, yogurt, oats, smoothies, and baked recipes.
NO DAIRY. NO LACTOSE. NO BLOAT.
A cleaner alternative to whey protein. Perfect for anyone seeking a dairy-free, gut-friendly protein with smoother digestion and faster absorption.
REAL PERFORMANCE BENEFITS
Supports muscle recovery, daily strength, connective tissue health, joint support, and collagen-related benefits. A complete protein source for both training and everyday nutrition.
MIXES SMOOTH IN HOT OR COLD LIQUIDS
Dissolves effortlessly without clumping. Add to morning coffee, overnight oats, ProDough bowls, or any recipe needing a clean protein boost.

Mix 1 stick into 6-8oz of water. Shake or stir until powder dissolves.
I had only tried the whey protein but then noticed the beef protein has less calories and cholesterol so I thought I’d give it a try. I love it just as much! Great flovor; easy mixing; great texture. Only downside is there aren’t nearly the same amount of flavors.
I love all the flavors I’ve tried so far and these mix in amazingly! No grittiness. I have just tried the beef protein and see no difference from the whey which is what I was hoping for. This is my go to protein powder!
I've been using protein powders for 27 years. I've tried a wide range of them. This brand, is by far, the best I've ever tasted. Great consistency and amazing flavor. I highly recommend them. I will be buying more.
I really like this protein powder. Whey, pea, and other protein powders make me bloat. The beef powder does not, and it's not chalky at all! This means I can simply mix it in with my yogurt, coffee, or even make a nice shake without that disguisting protein powder texture. The only downside is you have to buy it in the stick forms. Really wish they had it in a larger size.
Would love to be a brand sponsor and post about your product. I have been using in so many different ways and it has changed my nutrition routine immensely.
Pro Dough, i have had 4 different flavors. The Radberry Cheesecake wasnt too bad. The otger flavors were worse than any protein powder i have ever had. You couldnt even get the fruity cereal right. Ive had tgat flavor from 2 other companies and it was amazing from both. Tasted like fruity pebbles. Yours tastes like nothing. It made my almond milk a little sweeter. When i get home im putting everything i bought from this company in the trash. What a huge waste of money. I guess you won that round. But i’ll keep posting my reviews in other places. I dont think you even tried to make it taste good.
Probably the most delicious protein I’ve ever had. I mix with my instant espresso and OH MY LANTA it is like a Vietnamese iced coffee!! Which are my absolute favorite. Wish this came in a big bag but I’ll live knowing it exists hahah
