made a "higher" protein cream cheese to go with these cupcakes and it's a perfect treat! a total of 160 calories and 12g of protein. I do suggest baking them in silicone cupcake tins so the paper won't stick like they did in mine. Will definitely be ordering again along with other flavors!
There was not a full two servings in the bag. That was a little disappointing
