Cookie Dough Baked Oats 🍪
Ingredients
1 medium spotty or brown banana
1 scoop Vanilla Whey
1 egg
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
Chocolate chips
Optional - 1 tbsp sweetener of choice if you want it sweetener (honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, brown sugar are all good options!)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the banana, whey, egg, oats, milk, salt, and baking soda to a blender, and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 greased ramekins, top with chocolate chips, and a pinch of sea salt. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until baked, but still gooey in the center. Cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
