Fruity Cereal Ice Pops
Ingredients
Ice Pops
1 cup milk of choice
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop ProDough Fruity Cereal Whey
Topping
1 cup white chocolate melting chips
½ cup fruity cereal, lightly crushed
Directions:
- Whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, and whey until smooth. Pour into ice pop molds, and freeze for at least four hours, or overnight.
- Melt chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 10-15 seconds, until completely liquid.
- Dip the ice pops in the chocolate, and immediately top with the crushed fruity cereal. Return to the freezer to set, and enjoy!
