Protein Banana Pudding
Ingredients
2 medium bananas, sliced
1 box banana cream pudding mix
1 scoop ProDough Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
2 cup Vanilla Wafers
2 cup whipped cream
2 cup milk of choice
Topping
1 cup whipped cream
4 crushed vanilla wafers
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, add milk and protein powder. Whisk until completely dissolved. Add pudding mix, and whisking until dissolved. Refrigerate for at least five minutes to set.
- Gently fold in two cups of whipped cream into the pudding mixture. In an 8x8 inch glass dish or serving dish of choice, assemble the pudding. Spoon a thin layer of the pudding mixture evenly over the bottom of the dish. Add a layer of the vanilla wafers, then a layer of sliced banana. Add about ½ of the remaining pudding over the top of the bananas, and repeating with the remaining ingredients.
- Garnish with the remaining 1 cup whipped cream, and crushed vanilla wafers. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Note:
1. We recommend using Fairlife skim milk for added protein!
2. Vanilla Cone Plant Protein can also be used as a replacement.
