Protein Banana Pudding


Ingredients

2 medium bananas, sliced

1 box banana cream pudding mix

1 scoop ProDough Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

2 cup Vanilla Wafers

2 cup whipped cream

2 cup milk of choice

 

Topping

1 cup whipped cream 

4 crushed vanilla wafers

 

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add milk and protein powder. Whisk until completely dissolved. Add pudding mix, and whisking until dissolved. Refrigerate for at least five minutes to set.
  2. Gently fold in two cups of whipped cream into the pudding mixture. In an 8x8 inch glass dish or serving dish of choice, assemble the pudding. Spoon a thin layer of the pudding mixture evenly over the bottom of the dish. Add a layer of the vanilla wafers, then a layer of sliced banana. Add about ½ of the remaining pudding over the top of the bananas, and repeating with the remaining ingredients. 
  3. Garnish with the remaining 1 cup whipped cream, and crushed vanilla wafers. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

 

Note:

1. We recommend using Fairlife skim milk for added protein!

2. Vanilla Cone Plant Protein can also be used as a replacement.
