PROTEIN MUMMY HAND PIES🎃

Ingredients
2 puff pastry sheets, thawed
1 scoop Prodough Chocolate Mousse Whey
0.5 oz sugar free instant chocolate fudge pudding
1 cups milk of choice
Optional
Googly eye candy
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prep a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
2. Whisk together the whey, instant chocolate pudding, and mix of choice until smooth. Set aside to thicken.
3. Unroll the premade pastry, and cut both sheets into 6 rectangles. Spread a thin layer of the chocolate pudding onto 8 of the rectangles, leaving a small area around the edges free from filling. Reserve 4 of the rectangles to be used for the mummy strips.
a. Note: be careful not to overfill the mummies, because the pudding will run off the sides! Set aside any leftover pudding to enjoy on its own.
4. Slice the remaining rectangles into thin strips and place them in a mummy design over the chocolate pudding. Leave a small gap for the candy eyes. Be sure to press the strips onto the other pastry to secure them.
5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until puffed and golden. Once baked, place the candy eyes on the mummies, allowing to cool slightly before enjoying!
