Sugar Cookie Protein Baked Oats
Ingredients
2 scoops Sugar Cookie Whey
1 cup rolled oats
¾ cup milk of choice
1 large ripe banana
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon almond extract
⅛ teaspoon salt
Garnish
2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 large greased ramekins or a small ceramic baking dish. Garnish with rainbow sprinkles, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set in the center.
Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
